Family with children find unique adventure
The cabin we stayed in was cozy and surprisingly clean. My kids loved the playground and the pool, while I appreciated the nice little cafe right on site with great food.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but acceptable for what we got.

great central base for exploring parks and nearby activities
I had a fantastic time staying at this charming resort while exploring the stunning yale lake, just over 4 km away, and the serene yale park, only about 3 km from my room, making it perfect for leisurely weekend strolls with my family. additionally, the friendly atmosphere made our stay all the more enjoyable, but it would be nice if the check-in desk had extended hours for added convenience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hiked at Mt. St Helens and spent the afternoon cycling around the area. The staff was helpful, and the pool was a great way to relax after our adventures. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered delicious food.
Checking in after hours was a bit tricky since there's no cell phone coverage. Make sure to arrive during business hours for a seamless check-in experience.

The location was perfect for our family trip to Mt. St Helens, making it super convenient to access various hiking trails. The cozy and well-equipped Standard Queen Room provided a comfortable retreat, perfectly positioned near attractions like Mount Saint Helens. The friendly staff were helpful throughout our 2-night stay, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the location, while close to major sites, felt isolated from other dining choices. Overall, a great value for families or couples looking to unwind amidst nature's beauty.

The mushroom and bacon pizza at the restaurant was an absolute showstopper! On top of that, I loved how cheerful and well-designed my cabin was—it was like a cozy little sanctuary. Definitely a must-try when you're here!
We wished they served breakfast on Thursday morning, but there was a solid spot across the street for a quick bite. Still, if you're itching for early grub, keep that in mind!

This place was just an ideal choice for a short layover in Cougar with exceptional value. The kitchen was a bit basic, but it worked fine for a quick meal. Bring a light source because it gets dark at night!
